A cavesson with many adjustment options... This is the "VARIADO" cavesson! It has a padded, anatomically shaped neck strap to make the fit of the neck piece as optimal as possible and to ensure plenty of ear freedom.
To ensure the best possible freedom for the horse's eyes and to prevent the kappa hem from slipping, the "Variado" is equipped with a ganache strap that offers 3 positioning options. Depending on head size and eye position and gooseneck position, this can be varied!
There are three integrated D-rings on the nose part. Two additional D-rings on the left and right side offer the possibility of buckling in a bit using bit straps.
The cavesson is recommended for lungeing or in manual work to explain a fine bend to the horse and to promote the position of the neck.
The "Variado" is also a great help for many classical or academic lessons at the high school with a gathering character.
If you are looking for a cavesson, for example to teach a young horse how to run calmly and attentively on the circle at the beginning of training, we do not recommend a light cavesson for this.
It is only sewn from leather and is not structurally very resilient and would certainly suffer damage if it were to break out or throw itself into a lunge.
Here you should use a cavesson that is much more solid, e.g. a heavier German cavesson or a serreta, which consists of a leather-covered, smooth flat iron.
The "Variado" cavesson is made of buffalo leather and equipped with oval buckles in silver and gold.
The padded nose piece contains no other metal parts apart from the D-rings.
This cavesson is also an alternative to a Cavecon, for example for very sensitive horses in the nose area.
