An innovation from Barefoot®! The Barefoot® Cavesson nose piece
During basic training, when working on the ground and when lunging, aids should arrive as precisely as possible - especially on the horse's sensitive head.
Unfortunately, most of the head pieces that can be used for this training slide back and forth on the horse's nose and make it impossible to provide precise, "on-the-spot" assistance.
That's why we thought about it and developed a nose piece in which a stable, flexible wire is installed. The nose piece is formed around this wire and can therefore be adapted to the respective horse's head. The nose piece stays in place better and doesn't slip.
The Barefoot® Cavesson nose piece is comfortably softly padded and wide. A total of 5 integrated rings offer many possibilities for use. The Barefoot® Cavesson is even suitable for riding without a bit. The reins are buckled into the outer D-rings. For lunging, it makes sense to use the middle ring or one of the round rings on the sides.
We recommend using this nose piece in conjunction with the Barefoot®Contour-Physio head piece, which adapts precisely to the horse's head and leaves the horse's sensitive eyes free. The Barefoot®Cavesson nose piece can also be used with any other commercially available head piece.
