Innovative dressage saddle made of soft leather - developed in collaboration with various top-class dressage riders
Ultralight dressage saddle with the proven VPS system. The extra narrow seat and the specially flat saddle flap allow for very good contact between the rider's leg and the horse.
The seat is removable - this not only gives the saddle the desired flexibility and adaptability on the horse's back, but also allows the open stirrup suspension to be precisely adjusted to the rider. The open stirrup suspension is attached between the seat and the saddle base and can be easily adjusted. This means you can even adapt the saddle to riders whose leg lengths are different by moving the suspension either backwards or forwards.
The seat with a non-slip seat is anatomically shaped, the roll gently stabilizes the rider's leg in the dressage seat and provides framing support. Additional knee rolls can be clipped under the shaped knee roll support. The strapping is flexible and V-shaped.
Like all barefoot saddles, this saddle can be placed a little further forward, so it positions the rider directly above the horse's center of gravity. The horse can balance the rider's weight more easily.
This saddle allows you to feel the movement of your horse's muscles and thus forms the basis for fine riding.
Horses run more freely under this saddle because shoulder movement is not restricted and the movement becomes more harmonious. The back muscles build up because the muscles are better supplied with blood thanks to the flexibility of the saddle.
Our saddles are FEI approved, but the new Wellington meets all the criteria that make it suitable for FN tournaments. It has an open stirrup suspension and our VPS system makes the saddle so stable that it does not put any pressure on the long spinous processes of the thoracic spine when the rider's weight is applied. The VPS system is the basis for the shape of the saddle and thus ensures the stability of the saddle.
As with all Barefoots, the interchangeable canopy (in medium size) is replaceable (see size advice).

The saddle length (A) of the barefoot represents the total length of the saddle. Since there is no longer any pressure in the rear area of ​​the barefoot, the horse can move freely. Even if the overall dimensions of the saddle may seem a bit too long for your horse, you should choose the Barefoot according to "your measurements", because it is important that the rider fits into the saddle and does not sit in the front on the cantle and restricts the movement possibilities of the saddle Barefoots are therefore limited. Your horse's back generally remains free of pressure in the rear saddle area - the Barefoot can be easily lifted at the back even when you are sitting in it.


Each Barefoot saddle is equipped with an interchangeable cantle in the front area, which allows it to be adjusted to the shoulder width of your horse. With the help of our measuring template you can easily determine the right size.
