For bridles and halters
The Barefoot® protector has a sheep's wool underside that has a soft cushioning effect on the horse and a top made of quilted, black cotton mix material.
It can be used as nose, neck, cheek or chin protection and is simply clipped over the respective part of the headpiece. This eliminates the hassle of disassembling the entire bridle. Of course, you can also use the protector for your stable or pasture halter.
No annoying, "bulky" look, like with conventional protectors: Since only the black top made of cotton mix is visible from the outside and the protector is not too bulky, it can also be used at tournaments, for example.
This product is made from pure sheep's wool. Sheep's wool has roughly the same antibacterial and pressure-absorbing effect as sheepskin, but there is one important difference for us: To obtain sheep's wool, sheep are only shorn and not slaughtered, as is necessary to obtain sheepskin. The wool from the sheep is mechanically applied to a textile substrate and further processed. The production is therefore animal-friendly and resource-saving.
Washing tip: Hand wash in cold water, shape after washing and shake vigorously.
